Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a delivery driver to join our local team in Liverpool. Working 45 hours per week on an Any 5 from 7 contract, you will drive locally, load and unload goods, and build relationships with regular customers to ensure on-time deliveries and high service levels.

You should have a Cat C / 18T licence and at least two years of driving experience; delivery experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, literacy and numeracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous driving experience of at least two years.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
• Good level of literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at customer premises.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Drive locally and build relationships with regular customers.
• Deliver to customers on time with a high level of service.
