Job summary

Booker is seeking a delivery driver to join our Birmingham-area team. You will drive locally, build relationships with regular customers and ensure on-time deliveries with a high level of service.

Role involves loading at the branch, unloading at sites, completing paperwork accurately and adhering to safety standards. A Cat C / 18T licence and two years’ driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Cat C / 18T Licence required.
• At least two years driving experience.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at customer premises.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver to regular customers and keep shelves stocked.
• Provide timely, reliable and friendly service to customers.
