Howdens Joinery is seeking a creative Local Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive local marketing across 950+ depots. Based in Raunds, Northamptonshire, the role focuses on toolkit development, campaign delivery, POS, and depot openings, collaborating with stakeholders to align with commercial goals.

Travel nationally will be required as needed. You will lead on-brand activity, measure impact with data, and support major business initiatives while maintaining brand

• Proven experience in marketing within a B2B or trade environment.
• Confidence in managing local marketing campaigns, POS activity, and event execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience of managing agency, partnership, relationships.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels; willing to travel nationally.
• Passion for brand consistency and delivering impactful marketing.

Mansioni

• Support depots and trade teams with on-the-ground marketing to drive awareness, engagement and sales.
• Manage and improve the Depot Marketing Toolkit; lead projects with stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end marketing support for new depot openings, relocations, refurbishments and closures.
• Lead planning and delivery of depot POS activity within budget and priorities.
• Support depot-led campaigns and local marketing; create effective collateral and tools.
• Act as the marketing lead for Product Expos and Mock Depot initiatives with materials and event support.
• Create clear communications for depots; ensure understanding and alignment with objectives.
• Champion brand consistency across all local activity and materials.
• Analyse performance of local marketing using data to measure impact and shape strategy.
• Build relationships across marketing, trade and category teams for cross-functional collaboration.
• Support wider marketing projects and business initiatives with ideas and leadership.
