Job summary

Kiln Theatre is seeking a Participation Producer to plan and deliver community-based work with local young people and communities in Brent and Camden. The role emphasizes authentic relationships with local organisations and residents, ensuring access to creative opportunities in an inclusive environment.

You will lead on projects with partners, recruit diverse teams, and work with the Fundraising team on funding applications, while maintaining robust administration and scheduling for all

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional arts organisation or theatre producing environment.
• Experience working with grassroots organisations and community stakeholders.
• Experience working with safeguarding policies and processes for children and vulnerable adults.
• Knowledge of theatre-making processes including artistic, production and marketing aspects.
• Experience planning and delivering complex events with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Kiln Theatre’s programme for local young people and communities in consultation with the Head of Creative Engagement.
• Lead projects with new and existing local partners to benefit historically underserved communities.
• Recruit and manage diverse teams to deliver inclusive projects.
• Collaborate with Fundraising on funding applications by producing activity plans and budgets.
• Maintain systems to plan, deliver and track Participation projects and schedules.
