Blueprint Arts Foundation CIC in Faversham, North Kent, is seeking a proactive Producer to help turn ideas into engaging, well-organised community arts projects. You will work with the Artistic Director, artists and partners to build relationships, solve problems and deliver impactful activities across the area.

The role requires a hands-on, independent worker who can manage multiple projects, including a holiday club day and funding bids.

Formación

• Experience of producing/coordinating arts, cultural or community projects.
• Experience taking projects from development through to delivery.
• Experience working with artists, creative practitioners and/or community organisations.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines and logistics.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Friendly, approachable and confident working with a wide range of people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Creative and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable when things change.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Producing and coordinating BPA's creative projects and programmes from development through to delivery.
• Working closely with the Artistic Director and team to develop new project ideas, partnerships and opportunities.
• Working with artists, freelancers, community groups, venues and partners to plan and deliver projects.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, schedules and practical arrangements; supporting development of funding applications and proposals.
• Developing relationships with new and existing partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinating artists and creative teams, ensuring everyone has the information and support they need.
• Supporting the delivery of workshops, events, performances and other community arts activity.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in an inclusive, accessible and well-organised way.
• Supporting project evaluation, reporting and documentation.
• Working with the marketing team to ensure projects are communicated effectively.
• Identifying new projects.
