Job summary

Booker Group, part of Tesco plc, is seeking delivery drivers to join our local courier team in Portsmouth. You will drive locally and build relationships with our regular customers to ensure timely deliveries and satisfied shoppers. This is a 7 day operation.

You’ll load stock at the branch, unload at customer premises, and complete necessary paperwork. Cat C / 18T Licence, two years driving experience required; CPC training is fully funded and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Cat C / 18T Licence / Class 2 required.
• At least two years driving experience.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Good literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into the vehicle at branch.
• Unload deliveries at customer premises.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver locally and build relationships with regular customers.
