Avant Healthcare Services Limited is seeking caring and reliable Care and Support Workers to join our domiciliary care team in the Hounslow area. You will provide personal and practical support to clients in their own homes, delivering high-quality, compassionate care with dignity and respect.

We offer flexible zero hours and guaranteed hours contracts where possible, local shifts to reduce travel, and ongoing training plus pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Evidence of compassionate and kind approach to care.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Reliable and trustworthy, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, medication).
• Provide practical support (laundry, cleaning, meals).
• Support clients with daily activities and accompany to events.
