Job summary

Avant Healthcare Services Limited is seeking caring and reliable Care and Support Workers to assist families in their local community. You will provide personal care, practical support and companionship, with a focus on compassionate, patient-first service.

We offer zero hours and guaranteed hours contracts in some cases, PPE is provided, and ongoing training and support are available to help you grow within the team. Local travel and flexible shifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Care and support experience preferred
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Personal Care such as assist with showering/bathing, dressing, medication etc
• Practical support including laundry, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals and taking people out to shops, doctors or social events
• Specialized care for people with specific needs such as dementia, autism, or challenging behaviour
• Help clients with everyday duties and mobility
• Support with household tasks and transport to appointments or activities
