Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Maintenance Labourer to support a local authority in Lymington. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a company vehicle for daily material runs. You will assist trades teams in essential maintenance tasks and help prepare void properties for new occupancy.

Candidates must hold a valid driving license and be confident driving a flat-bed van. CSCS is not required, and you will work either independently or as part of a team in a

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, clean driving license.
• Fully competent and confident in driving a flat-bed van.
• Provide and wear your own full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled trade staff with maintenance and repair tasks across the local area.
• Clear void properties to ready them for new occupancy.
• Carry out external repairs to local authority assets.
• Use company vehicle to conduct internal material runs between depots.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet project timelines.
