Job summary

DPD UK Hinckley is looking for a reliable 7.5 Tonne driver to join our growing team on a local route. You’ll handle around 40–50 stops daily, ensuring on-time deliveries with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll use Saturn handhelds, load and unload parcels with safe lifting, and represent our green, tech-driven delivery ethos. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active and comfortable with lifting involved in the job.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes with 40–50 stops daily.
• Use Saturn handheld devices to manage deliveries.
• Load and unload parcels with safe lifting techniques.
