Job summary

Booker Group, part of Tesco plc, is recruiting drivers for local delivery routes across England. Working 45 hours per week on an Any 5 from 7 contract, you will drive locally and build relationships with regular customers to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

Role involves loading stock into the vehicle at the Branch, unloading at customer premises, and completing paperwork accurately. A Cat B / 3.5T licence and two years driving experience are required; delivery-driving

Qualifications

• Cat B / 3.5T Licence.
• Minimum of two years driving experience.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
• Good level of literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into the delivery vehicle at the Branch.
• Unload stock at customer premises.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Drive locally to deliver to customers.
• Build relationships with regular customers and ensure timely deliveries.
