Job summary

Dominus's The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Lobby Host in London. You will be one of the first and last impressions for guests, greeting arrivals, assisting with luggage and guiding guests to their rooms, while delivering a warm and personalised service throughout their stay.

You will support the Head Concierge and Front Office team, providing recommendations on hotel facilities, local attractions and transport to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Support the Head Concierge and front office team in daily operations.
• Assist guests with luggage, room escorts and general enquiries.
• Provide recommendations on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transport.
• Collaborate with Reception to support Front Office during busy periods.
• Deliver guest luggage, amenities and other items promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and luggage storage area.
• Promote hotel facilities and room upgrades when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety procedures.
