To help this truly awesome building meet these expectations, we are recruiting a new member to join our team of Lobby Hosts—customer service superheroes! Their mission will be to eliminate the monotony and robotic service often experienced, assembling a team of customer service superheroes!

With a passion to serve and help, our customer service superheroes will not be confined to a reception desk or chair. They will patrol their domain, using their customer service superpowers to improve the lobby environment.

They will anticipate occupiers' needs as if they can read their minds, adapt to various styles using their many alter-egos, and multitask as if they can be in multiple places simultaneously.

Working 40 hours per week with shifts between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £34,505 per annum
