Job summary

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome guests in the Grand Lobby and deliver an ultra-luxury experience. You will build relationships, provide courteous service, and help guests with inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest-first impressions, polished presentation and a willingness to work across departments as needed, in a prestigious London setting.

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for aLobby Ambassadorto join the Raffles London at the OWO.

You will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming guest experience within the Grand Lobby. This role requires a confident, courteous and warm manner towards building strong relationships with our guests while being predominantly based in our Grand Lobby. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ultra-luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional first impressions and service at all times.
