Job summary

Barclays in Glasgow is seeking a Settlements & Servicing Analyst to support the Loan Trading Settlements team with daily processing, reviews and issue resolution in a technical environment. You will manage settlements, asset servicing, reconciliations and trade lifecycle queries while maintaining strong operational controls.

The role requires experience in investment banking operations, strong analytical skills, and effective stakeholder management in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

Experience in investment banking operations with a focus on settlements and trade lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills to investigate breaks and discrepancies.
Experience with reconciliations, asset servicing or settlements processes.
Confident stakeholder management and communication with desks and clients.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution in Wholesale Lending.
Monitor lending operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Develop reports and presentations on performance for senior stakeholders.
Assist with change initiatives and control improvements in Wholesale Lending processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Wholesale Lending processes.
