Job description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Closer to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in loan closing and Loan Settlements through Clearpar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Settlement: Settling trades on deals via ClearPar and offline platforms.
2. System Operations: Processing settlements using Loan IQ systems.
3. Administrative Support:
   1. Sending executed transaction confirmations to borrowers.
   2. Updating debt domain and credit contact lists following lender changes or new lender additions.
4. Lender Queries: Addressing and resolving lender queries related to trades.
5. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues within Loan IQ.
6. Collaboration: Partnering with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) of major banks.

Key Requirements

1. Proven experience in loan closing or agency settlements.
2. Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days in the London office each week.
