Job summary

ClearScore in the United Kingdom is seeking a Case Manager to help customers secure their financial needs by packaging loan applications and guiding them through the process. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days of remote work after a successful probation, with a basic salary up to £34k and potential OTE £47k.

You will verify income and credit history, prepare documents, liaise with lenders, and maintain strong relationships with customers while meeting KPIs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Secured Loans is desirable but not essential.
• Be targets-driven with accountability for outcomes.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and package secured loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify customer information including income, employment, credit history, and property details.
• Prepare and process loan documents including loan agreements and disclosures.
• Conduct due diligence and obtain all necessary documentation.
• Communicate with lenders to resolve discrepancies during the loan process.
• Explain and guide customers through the application process in line with Compliance and Training procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and keep them informed.
• Meet or exceed targets and KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with administrators and advisors to support applications.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria.
