Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and complete approvals in line with scheme rules, credit requirements, and risk and compliance procedures.
• Provide clear feedback on applications.
• Help colleagues resolve queries.
• Ensure decisions are supported by accurate and relevant information.
• Work with the Delivery Manager to oversee team queues and balance caseloads.
• Contribute to monthly targets through application reviews.
• Support colleagues through one-to-one coaching, peer learning, and sharing good practice.
• Identify pain points and improve processes and the end-to-end customer journey.
• Support a positive customer experience and contribute to an inclusive, customer-focused team.
