Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is hiring a Loading Operative in Ross-on-Wye. The role involves loading and unloading deliveries with a forklift, keeping stock records, and ensuring quality standards throughout the warehouse.

Loading Operative

Shift Pattern: Alternating weekly double day shifts (37.5 hours per week) — Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Ross-on-Wye

The Role

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently using a forklift.
• Ensuring all products are correctly labelled and prepared for dispatch.
• Checking products are packed and labelled to the highest quality standards.
• Accurately updating warehouse systems to record incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintaining product knowledge and following company procedures at all times.
• Working collaboratively to ensure daily targets and deadlines are achieved.

The Candidate
