UNAVAILABLE is recruiting for Back Shift Loading Bay Team Members in Llanybydder. The role involves manual and semi-automated handling of beef and lamb carcasses, stock checks, and ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched on time.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team, follow strict procedures, and contribute to high production standards in a regulated environment. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Using a mixture of manual and semi-automated handling to maneuver beef and lamb carcasses across departments or load onto lorries.
• Assess carcass quality and monitor and record stocks.
• Working with the team to achieve departmental targets.
• Scanning labels and applying marks to carcasses per customer specification.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Opportunity to learn knife skills.
• Abiding by a 'clean as you go' policy.
• Maintaining the fast-paced environment in line with production needs.

This is a back shift position working Monday to Friday 14:00 till 22:00
