Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support representative in Manchester, working 24.5 hours per week across branches. The role focuses on face-to-face customer assistance, reassurance during important moments, and guiding customers with digital banking.

JOB TITLE: Customer Support
SALARY: £18,340 increasing to £18,865 after 6 months
LOCATIONS: Lloyds Walkden - working across both Lloyds and Halifax branches.
WORKING PATTERN : 24.5 hours per week on average across the following working patterns.
Monday to Friday - 10:00 am till 15:30
Potentially working Saturdays if and when required in other locations across Manchester.
