Qualifications

• Qualified actuary with Lloyd's reserving experience.
• Experience leading quarterly and year-end reserving/reporting processes.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly reserving and reporting processes across the Lloyd's book.
• Present reserving analysis to Head of Reserving, Chief Actuary and senior stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the reserving team, improving processes and implementing new technologies.
