Job summary

B2e Consulting is seeking a Programme Management expert to support a Lloyd’s Market Insurance client implementing an Underwriting Platform, Workbench, and new Policy Admin System. The role requires end-to-end insurance lifecycle knowledge and strong stakeholder/vendor management in a technology-driven transformation.

The consultant will lead governance, budgets, and benefits realisation, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Significant programme management experience within the Lloyd's insurance market.
Experience of technology-driven underwriting transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle from risk submission to policy administration.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, vendors and third-party providers.
Technical understanding of the technology and data components of complex programmes.
Strong analytical thinking, self-direction and delivery focus.
Ability to work across different organisational levels and functions.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the coordinated programme of projects, including scope, deliverables and milestones.
Coordinate multiple project teams across business, technology and data functions.
Establish and run programme governance with weekly reporting and risk management.
Oversee programme budgets and provide updates through the TMO finance team.
Manage senior stakeholder engagement and third-party/vendor coordination.
Monitor programme success metrics and realise benefits.
Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications with the TMO.
