Job description

We are now recruiting a Liz Earle Counter Manager for our Battersea store. We are looking for candidates to join us as soon as possible, who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 37.5 per week, with workdays spanning Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be between 10am and 9pm, including weekends. Specific shift patterns will be discussed at the interview stage.

Being a Liz Earle Counter Manager is an exciting role where you’ll assist customers with their skincare needs and take full responsibility for your counter and team. Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching and feedback.
  2. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Providing personalized consultations and skin services.
  4. Achieving sales targets by creating business plans and promoting in-store offers.
  5. Completing our 12-month Skin School development program.
  6. Ensuring your counter is well-presented to showcase Liz Earle products.
  7. Acting as a brand ambassador for Liz Earle.
What you'll need to have
  • A passion for skincare and a love of Liz Earle products.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team, supporting their development and celebrating success.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to handle all customers with empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review performance.
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and expanding skincare knowledge.
It would be great if you also have
  • Experience using skincare products on customers.
