Job summary

Marvel FMCG is seeking a Customer Development Executive to cover the Liverpool on-trade, representing a globally recognised drinks brand and driving distribution in the city’s bars and venues.

You will expand visibility with POS and menu listings, train bar staff, grow accounts, and build joint business plans with customers for sustainable, long-term partnerships, while hitting SMART objectives and Ops Score KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Expand and develop your territory, be the face of one of the drinks industry's biggest brands across the Liverpool region.
• Maximise visibility through POS and menu listings.
• Deliver bar staff training to drive the perfect serve.
• Grow distribution by winning back accounts from competitors.
• Build joint business plans with your customers for sustainable, long-term partnerships.
• Track your impact through SMART objectives and Ops Score KPIs.
• Out in trade for at least one Friday or Saturday evening a month.
