Job summary

Change Grow Live in West Kent is seeking a Lived Experience and Insights Lead to shape the future of our West Kent services. You will listen deeply, translate lived experience into actionable insights and influence service development, innovation and transformation.

This 22.5-hour-per-week role sits within a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, requires travel across West Kent, and emphasizes partnership, collaboration and co‑production to keep people at the heart of change.

Job description

You'll connect the dots across services, identify emerging themes and translate lived experience into actionable insights that influence decision‑making at every level. From service improvements and digital innovation to long‑term transformation programmes, your work will help ensure people remain at the heart of change. Working closely with our Strategic Improvement Manager and wider leadership teams, you'll help create a culture where curiosity, learning and continuous improvement thrive.

You know how to create conversations that make people feel heard, valued and empowered to contribute. You're equally comfortable engaging with people in communities, facilitating workshops, analysing themes or presenting recommendations to senior leaders. You can turn complex experiences into clear insights and clear insights into meaningful action. You may have developed your experience through engagement, co‑production, quality improvement, research, community development, service development or lived experience leadership. However you got here, you're passionate about creating positive change through partnership, collaboration and innovation.

Additional Info:

Service: West Kent Hours: 22.5 hours per week Contract type: 6 Month Fixed‑Term Contract Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
