Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a lovely live-out Nanny in Oxford to care for two boys aged 1 and 3. The role requires a proactive, collaborative and organised approach, with responsibilities spanning nursery duties, routines, meals, developmental activities, play both indoors and outside, and light housekeeping.

A DBS dated within the last 12 months or on update service is essential. Hours are Monday to Thursday with two options: 36 hours wrap-around or 34 hours with a mix of morning and full-day

Qualifications

Live out Nanny Job, Oxford, start as soon the right person is found

A new of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a lovely Nanny to care for their two boys, aged 1 and 3 years old. Both children go to nursery full-time and are inquisitive, curious, imaginative, and love spending time outdoors.

The schedule can be somewhat flexible, but the core hours will be a morning shift from 7am to 11am and then an afternoon shift from 3pm to 8pm, four days a week. There is the possibility for three days a week for the right candidate.

The parents work full-time but like to be hands on and involved in their sons’ life. As such, someone with a collaborative nature who sees nannying as a partnership, and will be able to contribute as part of the team, is essential. The family is looking for someone proactive and organised, but also enthusiastic and thoughtful. A solid knowledge of child development and EYFS is highly desirable.

Salary: £22 gross per hour

Days: Monday to Thursday

Hours:

• Option 1: 36h per week / wrap-around (7am to 11am, then again 3pm to 8pm)
• Option 2: 34h per week / Monday & Tuesday with only the morning shift (7am to 11am) + Wednesday & Thursday full day (7am to 8pm)

Driving: essential, car provided

Travel: bonus but not essential
