Job description

Live out Nanny, Ealing Common, ASAP start

A returning client is looking for a Nanny to care for their two children aged almost 4 and 6 years. They are both curious and switched on children. They are both in school/nursery full-time.

The family is looking for a Nanny with an interest in the Montessori method, who will engage with the children through games and lots of conversation. An interest in child development is essential in order to help the children discover their own sense of self.

This is a sole charge role. However, Mum and Dad both work from home part of the week.

Previous experience with similar-aged children is essential, as well as an up to date first aid certificate and DBS.

Duties:

• School/Nursery runs
• Cooking for the children (no pork)
• Doing the children’s laundry
• Arts and crafts
• Homework support and encouraging literacy
• Organising activities and playdates

Salary: £21 to £22 gross per hour

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Thursday off)

Hours:

• During term time: 7am to 9am, then again from 2pm to 6pm (can be flexible for the morning shift)
• During school holidays: 8am to 5pm

Driving: essential – a car will be provided

Travel: not required
