Live out Maintenance/Handyman Job in Chiswick

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Couple in their 5-bedroom house in the desirable area of Chiswick, in West London. The couple have 3 dogs.

Someone with a trades background with good communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication is essential.

Duties to include:

• Basic carpentry
• Basic electrics and plumbing
• Painting and decorating
• Light gardening
• Pond maintenance
• Liaising with contractors
• Preventative maintenance duties (checking boilers etc)
• Arranging inspections and overseeing works
• Responding to out of hours emergencies when required
• Basic handyman duties (e.g replacing taps etc)

Start: ASAP

Working days & hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5:30pm

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 gpa
