Live out Housekeeper/Nanny job in Hampshire

A family of 6 are looking for a switched-on, experienced and organised housekeeper/Nanny for their property in Hampshire. Duties to include hands-on housekeeping as well after-school childcare and nursery duties for the children who are aged 4 and 2. There are two other children that you will interact with on their days off from school, however they will usually be at school or boarding school and not part of the daily life.

The housekeeping duties will include cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing as well as some cooking and dog care. This role will also include some proxy parenting and house sitting on odd occasions. So, someone with childcare experience who enjoys working with pets would be a great fit for the role.

Duties to include:

• Hands-on housekeeping.

• Nanny and nursery duties.

• Keeping the property clean and tidy.

• Laundry and ironing duties

• Cooking for the family

• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

• Dog care

• A driver is required for this role

The ideal candidate would have extremely high attention to detail and would have had experience working in private households and checkable references.

Due to the age of the children, it will be required that you obtain and Enhanced DBS for this role which can be accessed through Greatcoat Lumleys.

Accommodation: Ideally this is a live-out role, if live-in accommodation within the property could be provided.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm.

Salary: £38 000 - £42 000 per annum

Start: As soon as the right person is found.
