Live out Housekeeper Job in Kensington, West London

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join their small household team.

The family is very lovely and down-to-earth and they have an informally run high-end home.

The family consists of Mum, Dad and their two children aged 6 and 10 years old. A friendly Labrador pet dog completes the family.

The family employs another Housekeeper, a Chauffeur and a Gardener.

They seek a proactive and flexible Housekeeper who is a team player, detail-oriented and has high standards of work and good product knowledge.

Duties to include:

• Ensuring high standards of cleaning, laundry, and ironing (the house is cleaned daily)

• Care of fine furniture and sensitive surfaces

• Handling delicate items of clothing

• Organising wardrobes and keeping all areas tidy

• Changing bed linens and towels

• Assisting with getting the children ready in the morning

• Undertaking additional tasks as needed

• BONUS: willingness to travel with the family (2 weeks in Spain and 1 week in South of France)

House: a large 5-floor townhouse with 4 bedrooms over 4.000 square feet

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (the hours are non-negotiable)

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 GPA (depending on experience)

Start: early to late January 2025
