Job summary

Supercell is seeking a Live Ops Manager for Clash of Clans, based in Helsinki or London, onsite, full-time. You will own and execute live operations, optimizing in-game sales, events, and features to drive engagement and revenue while balancing player experience.

You will work closely with game analysts, drive experiments, and push performance improvements in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a live ops and monetization strategy aligned with audience and business goals.
• Own the day-to-day execution of in-game sales, offers, and live events schedules.
• Own roadmaps for features/tools to grow live ops and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to uncover engagement and monetization opportunities.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention and monetization.
• Collaborate with design and analytics to drive growth with hypothesis-driven approaches.
