Job summary

Live Nation UK seeks a highly organised Communications Assistant, Touring and Festivals, to support PR campaigns from intimate shows to stadiums and festivals. You will monitor press coverage, manage media lists, and send press releases while assisting on-site at major events.

You will localisation content for LN UK's releases, pitch listings, and support creator campaigns. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with written and verbal skills.
• Experience in PR or communications, especially in entertainment/live events.
• Experience managing press lists and reporting on media coverage.
• Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and handle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on press coverage and media activity.
• Manage media lists and send press releases, localising content for LN UK.
• Assist on site at major events and festivals, including accreditation and media flow.
• Pitch listings and festival guides; support content creator campaigns.
• Maintain department mailing lists and manage the department email inbox.
• Support planning and execution of large-scale media engagements and gifting campaigns.
• Travel for events and meetings; work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
