Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a marketing professional to drive campaigns for a diverse portfolio of live events. You will deliver effective campaigns, working with our in-house Creative, PR and Digital teams to ensure strong ticket sales and audience engagement.

The role requires collaborative teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, with evening/weekend flexibility as needed. Experience in festivals is a plus.

  • Festival knowledge or experience is advantageous.

Role Description

Live Nation is looking for a person eager to take the next step in their marketing career. Working in the Campaign team, you’ll be delivering effective and inspiring marketing campaigns to sell tickets to an incredible range of events, working alongside our in-house Creative, PR and our Digital teams. As we move towards being a leader in digital innovation, you will need to understand the importance of the role that data plays in campaign planning. You will be working in a dynamic environment. A proactive attitude is required and you must want to succeed – for the team and for yourself. You will be passionate, curious and surrounded and supported by smart, creative people and you’ll refuse to accept that something cannot be done. Who you are
  • Marketing/campaign experience with either a relevant agency, brand, record label, promoter or similar.
  • Festival experience/knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Experience working across all media channels plus a proven track record of delivering online media (including social, email and PPC) campaigns would be an advantage.
  • Manage multiple projects to completion under in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of the campaign briefing process (both media agency and creative).
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player – including experience line-managing direct reports.
  • Able to work in evenings and weekends when necessary.

What the role includes

Working within the Campaign team to create and deliver innovative, efficient and effective marketing campaigns to sell tickets to events and continually improve the way we market shows, across Live Nation’s concert touring and festival portfolio

  • Working closely with VP Marketing on festival marketing, whilst also independently managing campaigns up to arena level
  • Line-managing Campaign Executive, providing support, leadership, coaching and guidance to assist with professional development and fulfilling business objectives
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives, executing plans that meet these objectives within budget and on time
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and third parties
  • Measuring performance of all campaigns, offering detailed reports and insights to power future campaigns
  • Work closely with the PR, Creative, Social and Online teams to ensure that campaigns are effectively supported at all times
  • Offer creative recommendations, based on campaign performance and offer solutions improve outcomes
  • Work with our agencies and in-house creative team to produce compelling campaigns that are industry firsts
