JBM Music is seeking a Marketing & PR Coordinator to deliver campaigns, PR, creator content and CRM for our live events across UK festivals and venues. Live music is the day job here and you will be based in Manchester with on-site event work.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to curate campaigns, manage social content, e-flyers, press coverage and creator collaborations, while staying organised and deadline-driven.

Formación

• At least 2 years in venues or festivals with UK scene knowledge.
• Excellent copy-writing and proofreading with great attention to detail.
• Experience editing short-form video using CapCut or similar.
• Hands-on with Meta and TikTok platforms for scheduling and content.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp and Audience Republic campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver campaigns across six to seven events, coordinating partners and suppliers.
• Write, edit and send e-flyers; manage CRM audience lists and segmentation.
• Plan and run social channels, including Stories and short-form content.
• Manage YouTube uploads: titles, thumbnails, playlists across multiple channels.
• Write press releases, pitch stories and report coverage; editorial news for brands.
• Identify and collaborate with creators/influencers; manage outreach and results.
• Create fresh content ideas, brief designers, and organise assets in the plan.
• Maintain calendars, trackers and provide weekly progress updates.
