RIO Recruitment is recruiting a passionate and reliable Chef for a popular pub in Stamford, Lincolnshire. The kitchen serves traditional British pub classics, freshly prepared burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.

Live-in accommodation is available and there is a minimum of 35 hours per week. This opportunity suits local chefs or those relocating to Stamford, with a friendly, team-focused working environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present a range of freshly prepared pub dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Work across a varied menu including traditional British classics, burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining.
• Assist with the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and portion control.
• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and food storage areas clean and organised.
• Support stock rotation, food preparation and minimising food waste.
• Work effectively alongside the wider kitchen team during busy lunch and evening services.
• Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive kitchen environment.
