Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a live-in Maintenance person, Gardener, Driver and a part-time Housekeeper for a single adult household near Bakewell, Derbyshire. The role combines full-time upkeep with a separate housekeeping component, and offers accommodation with rent-free living and bills paid by the employer.

The package includes a £35,000+ salary for the maintenance role and £15+ per hour for housekeeping, with weekend flexibility when family visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in general property maintenance inside and outside
• Gardening experience and ability to assist with planting and upkeep
• Valid driving license; confident driver for local and UK duties
• Housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry and ironing

Responsibilities

• General property maintenance inside and outside
• Assist the gardener with garden tasks
• Leaf clearing, jet washing and gravel raking to keep outside areas tidy
• Property security and safe operation of vehicles
• Local and UK driving (not London)
• Car cleaning and maintenance of household vehicles
• Log chopping and fire laying
• Run errands and shopping for the household
• Housekeeping minimum 8 hours per week with long-term partner
• Help with food preparation including batch cooking when family visits
• Flexibility to help on some weekends and events
• House sitting for the property
