Job summary

Alina Homecare in Bristol is hiring a live-in care worker to provide round-the-clock support for elderly clients. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meals and companionship, while undergoing full professional training.

Flexible patterns (2 weeks on/1 week off or 4 weeks on/1-2 off) with excellent pay (£850–£950 per week), free accommodation, meals or allowance, DBS checks, training and development, and travel support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months care experience (domiciliary or residential).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Willing to live in client's home for placement duration.
• Enhanced DBS check can be arranged.
• Role requires travelling to client locations in the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Providing round-the-clock care and support.
• Personal care including washing, dressing and grooming.
• Medication management and health monitoring.
• Meal planning, preparation and nutritional support.
• Household management and light cleaning.
• Providing companionship and social engagement.
• Accompanying to appointments and activities.

As our live-in care worker, you will assist elderly customers with their daily activities. This can involve companionship, assisting with light housework, meal preparation, supporting with shopping, assisting with personal hygiene, laundry or assisting with medication. Alina Homecare provide full professional training and support, so you feel confident and competent in your career as a live-in carer.
