Job description

Sonderwell is recruiting experienced Live-In Carers to provide person-focused care to clients with complex needs within their own homes.

Shift Details: 7 days per week, minimum of 2 weeks on shift. You will live with the client during this period and stay in the property at all times, except for your allocated daily break.

Client Conditions and Support:

Being a Sonderwell carer is about building trust and providing quality care. We offer online and classroom training on complex care needs, as well as opportunities to study for relevant NVQs. You may work alone or as part of a team, and supporting multiple clients is possible if you have the availability.

Before starting, you'll meet your client and their family. Ongoing support is available from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager, and you can access our ‘Carer App’ for additional insights and information.
