Live-In Carers (Male & Female) – Sussex

Are you an active, compassionate, and proactive carer experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs and looking for your next rewarding role?

We are currently recruiting male and female Live-In Carers to support clients across Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you can truly make a difference in someone’s daily life.

About the Role:

You will be supporting clients in their own homes, including individuals with a range of complex medical needs, helping them to live independently while staying engaged in their community. This is a highly active role, ideal for carers who enjoy getting out and about.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting with daily living and personal care
• Delivering care to individuals with complex health conditions

• Supporting participation in local activities and social events
• Providing companionship and emotional support
