Job summary

Guardian Angel Carers is seeking compassionate Live-In Carers to join our team across Chichester, Worthing, Fareham, Gosport and surrounding areas in the United Kingdom.

You will support clients to live independently at home, delivering personal care, companionship and practical help. The role includes training, flexible placements, and a range of benefits designed to support carers in daily life.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live-In Carers to join our team across Chichester, Worthing, Fareham, Gosport and the surrounding areas.

As a Live-In Carer, you will support clients to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Our placements can be short-term or long-term and range from companionship and personal care through to complex and end-of-life care.

Duties Include:

• Personal care and medication support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
• Supporting mobility and daily living activities
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Caring, compassionate and reliable individuals
• Professional and respectful approach to care
• Ability to work independently and build positive relationships
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided

Drivers are preferred but not essential.

• Competitive pay based on client contact time
• Approx. £927 per week before tax (based on an average of 10 contact hours per day)
