Job summary

Community Careline Services (Bexley) LTD is seeking a dedicated care worker to provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and ensure a safe, clean environment while offering companionship.

This live-in role includes accommodation and requires flexibility for weekends and travel to clients within the designated area.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a care role.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Empathy and compassion towards clients.
• Basic medical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behaviour.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
