Qualifications

• At least 6 months of UK care experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and families.
• Reliable and responsible with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care and support at home.
• Assist with washing, dressing and personal care routines.
• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness.
• Help clients move around safely and maintain independence.
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
• Administer medication according to care plans.
• Support household tasks and shopping.
• Observe health changes and report them.
