  • You will also be required to cover holidays and sickness as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential, as you will be driving the lady’s mobility car.
  • Own Vehicle: You must have your own vehicle with business insurance for travel to and from the customer’s home due to the rural location in Brundall, Norfolk.
  • Care Experience: A minimum of 6 months’ experience in care, whether in a community or care home setting.
  • Positive Attitude & Communication: You should have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation to Make a Difference: We value individuals who are passionate about making a difference and show respect and compassion in their work.
  • Reliable & Trustworthy: Reliability is key, as is the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Supportive Environment: You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to do your best for the young lady in your care.
  • Work-Life Balance: With a schedule of one week on, one week off, you’ll have plenty of time to rest and recharge.
  • Meaningful Impact: Support a young lady who enjoys life and is determined to maintain her independence, while sharing her love of animals.
