Care Support Worker – Days, Norwich

£13.31 per hour (days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

30 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate in wellbeing events and activities, and help promote a safe and engaging environment.

You will respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
