Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience.
• Excellent communication and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support within clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to care team.
• Maintain accurate care notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and care professionals.
