The role is part-time with on-site working patterns and permanent status. Typical duties include assisting with daily activities, personal care, and condition management.

Qualifications

• Provide one-to-one care to clients.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care and household tasks.
• Follow personalised care plans to enable clients to live at home.

Responsibilities

• Follow a personalised care plan to support clients in their homes.
• Work an average of 6–10 hours per day.
• Provide one-to-one care for a client (sometimes a couple).
• Support with daily activities including personal care, condition management and household tasks.
