Job summary

Agincare Live In Management Services is seeking a Live-In Carer to support clients in their own homes across multiple regions. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance, helping clients live independently while staying connected to their community and routine.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have the right to work in the UK, can commit to at least two weeks, and are compassionate about helping others thrive.

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Help with preparation of healthy meals, snacks and drinks.
• Perform light domestic tasks to maintain a safe home.
• Support mobility to enable independence.
• Facilitate social activities and outings.

How you'll make a difference:

As a Live-In Carer, you’ll support clients in their own homes seven days a week, helping them live independently while staying connected to their community and routine . Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship – offering support , conversation, and engagement
• Personal care – assisting with washing, dressing, and oral care
• Meals – helping with preparation of healthy meals, snacks, and drinks
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Mobility support – helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible
• Social activities – supporting trips out, hobbies, and outings

Where you’ll be working:

Our clients are across the South West, South East, Central, and North of England, so you’ll need to be willing to travel. Our homes are rated Good by the CQC:

Additional information:

• Live-in placements are a minimum of 2 weeks, with flexibility on both sides
• Accommodation and food allowance provided
