Job summary

Agincare Group in Croydon is seeking kind, reliable Live-In Carers to help adults live with dignity, comfort and joy in their own homes. In this role you provide companionship, practical support and a friendly presence, while respecting independence and privacy.

You’ll be travelling to clients across their homes in South and Southeast England. We offer benefits such as fully funded training, pension, on-demand pay, and a refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Be able to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.
• Have a minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Be a kind, compassionate individual who is passionate about helping others thrive.

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship and support, sharing a cup of tea, a chat, and being a friendly face.
• Assisting with washing, dressing, and oral care
• Helping with meal preparation, cooking and creating a balanced, nutritious diet
• Light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible
• Helping clients to engage in the community with trips out, hobbies, and outings
