Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Live-in Carer to provide compassionate, person-centered support in clients' homes across various regions in England. The role offers a stable schedule with a two-week placement minimum and travel to client locations as needed.

You’ll receive funded training and opportunities for career development, plus a range of benefits. The position requires at least 12 months of right to work in the UK and a genuine desire to help people live with dignity, comfort, and joy at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Be able to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.
• Passionate about helping others thrive.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and support, share a cup of tea, and be a friendly face.
• Assist with washing, dressing and oral care.
• Help with meal preparation and create a balanced, nutritious diet.
• Light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Help clients move safely and maintain independence.
• Encourage client engagement in community activities and outings.
